The Customer may only use the Services in accordance with these Terms and has no right to copy, modify, distribute or otherwise exploit the Services without our or our partners' written permission.

7.Google API Policy: ZyndraAI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to other apps will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the restricted use requirements. We have entered into data processing agreements with all our sub-processors.
