How your data is used in AI answers

When a customer asks your AI agent a question, the platform retrieves relevant sections from your knowledge base and sends them, together with the question, to the language model provider you have chosen. The model formulates an answer based on that material. This is called inference.

You choose the provider

You choose which provider powers your AI agent, and can switch without rebuilding the knowledge base. Which provider you use is shown in the platform and in our list of sub-processors.

Your data is not used to train the provider's models

The AI providers we use apply terms under which data sent via their API is not used to train or improve their general models.

You own your data

The content of your knowledge base and your conversations belongs to you. We use it to deliver the Service to you, nothing else.

No sharing between customers

Each customer's knowledge base is separated. Another customer's AI agent cannot reach your content.

Encryption and access control

Encryption and access control apply throughout, including in communication with the AI providers. Read more on the Security and data protection page.
