How we process personal data when you are a customer and when you visit zyndra.ai.
Our role in the processing
When you are our customer we are the controller for the data we process about you as a customer – contact persons, account details, billing details and use of the platform. That processing is described in this policy.
When your AI agent handles your end customers' conversations, you are the controller and we are the processor. We then process the data solely in accordance with your instructions and our data processing agreement. Your end customers' privacy is governed by your own privacy policy, not by this one.
When you visit zyndra.ai we are the controller for visitor data and cookies.

What data we process
Data you give us
Name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, billing details and the content of the communication you have with us.
Data collected automatically
IP address, device and browser information, operating system, language setting, referring page and how you use the platform and the website.
Data from third parties
Information from our payment provider about completed transactions.

Who we share data with
We never sell personal data.
We share data with the sub-processors required to deliver the Service – see our list of sub-processors. We have data processing agreements with all of them.
We may also disclose data where required by law, or to advisers and authorities in connection with a restructuring or transfer of the business.
Transfers to third countries
Some of our sub-processors are established outside the EU/EEA. Where personal data is transferred there, it is done on the basis of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or because the recipient is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, supplemented by technical and organisational safeguards.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- know what data we process about you, and receive a copy of it
- have inaccurate data corrected
- have data erased, where we have no legal basis to keep it
- request that processing be restricted
- object to processing based on legitimate interest
- receive data in a machine-readable format and transfer it to another provider
- withdraw consent

If you believe we process your data incorrectly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, imy.se.
Cookies
We use cookies to make the website work, to analyse usage and for marketing. You choose which categories you accept via the cookie banner, and can change your choice at any time.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes are announced by email or in the Service. The date of the latest update is shown at the top.
