Data Processing Agreement

When your AI agent handles your end customers' conversations, you are the controller and ZyndraAI the processor. That relationship is governed by our data processing agreement (DPA).
What the agreement governs
- the subject matter, duration, nature and purpose of the processing
- the categories of personal data and data subjects covered
- that we process data only in accordance with your documented instructions
- technical and organisational security measures
- the terms for engaging sub-processors and your right to object
- assistance with data subject rights, incidents and impact assessments
- deletion or return of data on termination of the agreement
- audits and third-country transfers with EU standard contractual clauses
How to get the agreement
The DPA forms part of the terms of service and applies automatically from the moment you create an account. If you need a signed copy in PDF for your own documentation or procurement, email hello@zyndra.ai with company name, registration number and authorised signatory. We normally respond within one business day.
Sub-processors
Current sub-processors and their locations are listed in our sub-processor list. We notify you before a new sub-processor is engaged.
