How we calculate
- Deflected tickets = tickets per month × share fully resolved by AI × 12.
- Hours saved = deflected tickets × minutes per ticket ÷ 60.
- Cost saved = hours saved × hourly cost.
- Platform cost is based on the plan you select in the result (Starter, Premium or Enterprise).
- The estimate excludes added sales, higher satisfaction and shorter response times — only time freed up.
FAQ
How is the saving calculated?
Tickets per month times the share that is repetitive times the AI resolution rate gives deflected tickets. Multiplied by handling time you get hours saved, and by the hourly cost you get the cost saving.
What is a realistic resolution rate?
Among our customers it usually lands between 50 and 75 percent of repetitive tickets once the AI is trained on the company's own material and connected to the order system. New setups start lower and climb as the knowledge base grows.
Does it include the platform cost?
Yes. We subtract an annual ZyndraAI cost and show net saving, ROI as a percentage, and how many months it takes before the investment pays for itself.
Does this apply to both chatbots and AI agents?
The maths is the same, but a rule-based chatbot normally reaches a lower resolution rate because it only handles questions someone anticipated. A generative AI agent also handles questions it has never seen and pulls live data from your systems.
